ABOUT US

THE IMAGO DEI PROJECT TEAM

The Imago  Dei Project4 Team are an amazing group of individuals  who have committed their hands to helping others. We take our beliefs and turn them into action. We believe that all people are created in the IMAGE OF GOD and that changes everything. It changes how we view and interact with others, as well as the issues that we care about as believers. WE BELIEVE THAT EVERY LIFE  MATTERS because every life is created in the IMAGE  OF GOD.

Our History - The Imago Dei Project 4

Our Collaborative was formed to respond to the growing number of our own members' coming forward who had been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Christ the Solid Rock formed a collaborative with three other organizations to respond to a granting opportunity with the Tenant Resource Center and the United Way of Dane County. CTSR was awarded a grant for $12,500 toward direct support to individuals and families impacted by COVID-19. A 7-member project team was created with the initial focus of: Eviction Prevention, Security Deposits, Utilities & Financial Wellness & advocacy support.

Now that all of the grant funds have been delegated, we are  focusing on advocacy and resource support for CTSR members primarily and community members secondary.

Current Team Members: Deacon Barbara McKinney,  Barbara Boustead, Deacon Jerome Flowers, Susan Schmitz, & Walter Williams

We Matter. Be Counted. Just as your VOTE DOES.

OUR PASTOR, OUR MINISTRIES & OUR COMMUNITY

We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community. Our Pastor, our ministries and our members provide the momentum that helps us affect change in our community. We challenge the harsh realities of racial disparities that exists for our black and brown children. We seek data driven models as we strive to provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference.
